Territory Sales Manager
I am working with an industrial distribution company that is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager in south FL to understand and develop assigned territory by increasing sales volume and customer growth. The territory will cover South FL and MX. Products could include shelving, organization, hardware, sliders, ergonomic solutions and other additional products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a productive sales plan to grow market share and profitability
- Build long term customer relationships
- Maximize SKU sales by increasing the distributors’ product support and stocking levels
- Explore new business opportunities within assigned territory and analysis of existing and potential new accounts
- Manage and grow sales with industrial distributors and OEM accounts
- Prospect and capture new accounts to be sold directly or through distributors
- Resolve customer service issues and provide solutions to customers’ needs
- Professionally represent the company at trade shows, and conventions
- Generate and maintain accurate and timely reports and maintain company records
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Requirements:
- 3 years of related sales experience
- BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, ability to multi-tasking and shift priorities as needed
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Salesforce.com or other CRM system
Compensation:
- Salary $75,000 to $80,000 base, 20% commission
