This critical management position will report directly to our US Director of Industrial Sales and will be responsible for the sales performance and continued development of our Western Sales Team.

If this position sounds like the career opportunity you have been waiting for we want to hear from you!< /div>Responsibilities:< Div><B> Responsibilities:< /b></div> <Ul><Li> Supervise the selling effort and development of all Western Territory Sales Managers.< /li><Li> Communicate and reenforce company vision, mission, values and strategy with impact.< /li><Li> Use data analysis to identify market trends and conditions, competitive activities, industry and technology trends, market size and share information to develop strategies for unique and differentiated business models that support our overall strategy and align with customer buying behaviors.< /li><Li> Develop, communicate, and implement appropriate sales strategies, processes, and action plans to optimize profitable revenue.< /li><Li> Develop strong working relationships with channel partners and representatives to oversee the implementation of our connected solution strategies and programs.< /li><Li> Drive key competitive conversions helping to close business quickly and effectively.< /li><Li> Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key customers, including negotiating, closing, adopting, expanding, and renewing on opportunities.< /li><Li> Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to assure that all NNA sales managers develop industry leading connected solution and subscription based recurring revenue sales competencies and skills.< /li><Li> Disregard the status quoand set expectations for performance that continually exceed expectations and accelerate our connected solutions and as a service recurring revenue sales transformation.< /li><Li> Effectively communicate voice of customer (VOC) feedback into our new product and solutions development process and to other stakeholders.< /li><Li> Recruit, hire and train new connected solutions sales specialists.< /li><Li> Effectively develop and manage budgets and maintain cost control.< /li><Li> Establish and maintain KPIs that measure progress in alignment with organizational goals and that are aggressive and challenging, setting expectations for excellence.< /li><Li> Report trends/conditions, competitive activity, and sales opportunities into a CRM program.< /li><Li> Provide necessary reporting and forecasting of the business.< /li><Li> Drive career developmentthrough delegation with assigned team.

Plan and develop others for succession opportunities and manage performance.< /li><Li> Manage and train on E-business initiatives and Customer–Relationship-Management (CRM) tools.< /li><Li> Recruit and hire for excellence.< /li><Li> Manage assigned sales administration items (i.E., operations reports, action plans, operating expense management, etc.)< /li><Li> Manage departmental budgets.< /li></ul> Qualifications:< Div><B> Special knowledge, skills and abilities required:< /b></div> <Ul><Li> Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to coach and develop team members.< /li><Li> Strong track record of selling success and accomplishment.< /li><Li> Proven track record of understanding customer needs and developing solutions to assure customer satisfaction.< /li><Li> Demonstrated role model of company values and sales leadership.< /li><Li> Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).< /li><Li> Ability to measure, analyze and act on sales data and trends.< /li><Li> Proven problem solving, time management and follow-up skills.< /li><Li> Proven ability to grasp technical product knowledge.< /li><Li> Strong negotiation and closing skills.< /li><Li> Ability to travel up to 30% domestically.< /li></ul> <Div><B> Location:< /b></div> <Ul><Li> The RSDM will be required to live in the West Region.< /li></ul> <Div></div> <Div><B> <Br>Preferred:< /b></div> <Ul><Li> Knowledge of Regional industry, end-user customers and channel partners< /li><Li> California residency</li> </ul><Div> <B>Education and experience required:< /b></div> <Div></div> <Ul><Li> <Br>Bachelor’s degree in related field or educational academic equivalent; </li><Li> 4 years of relevant workexperience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.< /li></ul> <Ul><Li> This position is available at three different career levels based upon experience, education, etc.:< /li><Ul> <Li>Level one: 5 years sales or related business experience in related industry; Experience leading sales and / or project teams.< /li><Li> Level two: 8 years sales or related business experience in related industry; Experience leading sales and / or project teams.< /li><Li> Level three: 10 years sales or related business experience in related industry; Experience leading sales and / or project teams.< /li><Li> Master’s degree in related field may be substituted for up to 2 years relevant work experience.< /li></ul> </ul><Div> <B>OtherRequirements:< /b></div> <Div></div> <Ul><Li> <Br>MSA is requiring that successful applicants for this position be vaccinated against COVID-19.< /li><Li> As such, full vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment.
