– West.
Motivating, dynamic and confident, the Regional Director leads and empowers area and store leadership to achieve sales goals and own their business.
You shape retail business strategies for 20-30 stores while interpreting and translating company vision throughout the field.
You steer the company vision, and inspire your team to deliver best-in-class service and a modern and engaging shopping experience through unwavering customer focus.
- 7-10+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in developing skills and future leaders within complex business operations
- Track record of driving business results and achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Track record of driving business results and achieving goals
- Your sense of personal style with a discerning eye and passion for design and home furnishings
- Partner with the Vice President of Store Operations to establish business strategy, goals, and vision for the store organization, leading teams to achieve and exceed company goals and standards.
- Develop, own and lead business goals and accountability for business results for the region.
- In coordination with various corporate departments, act as the advocate for the customer and the store business in providing the best tools, resources and policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and key partner to Store Operations and other corporate partners on strategic decision-making and ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop, own, and lead performance goals, utilization of performance measurement tools, and a consistent performance management process.
- Improve labor efficiency by partnering, teaching and assessing an up-to-date labor model, and overseeing and assessing scheduling tools in order to schedule to the business.
- Partner with store operations to create clarity and consistency in store workload.
- View the business with big picture thinking and local action, demonstrating initiative and courage
