At Curbio you will:

  • Be responsible for customer success and the delivery of home improvement services.
  • Prioritize quality and customer satisfaction as cornerstones of our culture.
  • Be responsible for managing a remote team of project managers across multiple cities.
  • Ensure your team is completing projects with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the delivery of hundreds of projects of 2-12 weeks within a specified geography.
  • Hire, manage and develop project managers to the highest levels of success in all markets.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5-10 years management in product or service delivery for consumers or SMBs.
  • Track record of success managing high volume of projects on budget and on time.
  • Experience managing team of project managers.
  • Proven experience delighting customers and achieving high NPS and other ratings.
  • High level of comfort and proficiency in software and technology.
  • Proven experience in communication, client management and problem resolution.
  • Experience in home services industry a plus.
