About the role:
As a member of Takeda Oncology, your work will contribute to our bold, inspiring vision: We aspire to cure cancer. As part of the Oncology Sales team, you will report to Area Director and work with various departments within US Oncology Business Unit.
How you will contribute:

Oversees the promotion of US Oncology Business Unit products

Leads a specified Oncology Territory Manager (OTM) team within an assigned regional geography

Responsible for strategic account management and execution
-
Execute the national brand strategy and develop a regional plan for the OTMs within their region

Achieve assigned regional sales targets and for delivering on established performance goals

Develop and coach Oncology Territory Managers
-
Ensure all commercial functions are implemented in a compliant manner, working within a dedicated budget and perform national and regional strategy
What you bring to Takeda:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
-
8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
-
5+ years of direct oncology leadership experience preferred
-
Comprehension and delivery of oral-based products within the oncology space preferred
-
Strong scientific knowledge
-
Successful business planning and execution
-
Experience managing a specific geographic region
-
Documented sales success and strong established relationships in assigned region
-
Well-seasoned people manager with well-developed coaching skills
-
Dynamic, self-starter, with strong influential skills, as well as entrepreneurial spirit

Commercial, Regulatory and technical awareness
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Percentage of travel: Minimum of 30-40% travel

Posses valid US Driver’s License in good standing
