Non-profit seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to support Property Owners providing shelter for Non-Profit’s homeless population. Project Manager will be responsible for working directly with Non-Profit Partners LLC to advance the development of LA Rental Property Owners Program. The purpose of the Program is to provide assistance to landlords who own small multifamily rental properties in select neighborhoods of Los Angeles, so that they can: 1) Maintain ownership of their properties 2) Maintain tenancy for their existing tenants 3) Maintain and, over time, improve the condition and efficiency of their properties, by making it possible for them to clearly outstanding building violations and keep up with needed maintenance and repairs, also implement new energy efficiency and green upgrades; and other tbd goals. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1) Minimum of one year of affordable housing project management experience or one year experience in a related field.
