Real Estate Manager (Remote)

Madison Reed is hiring a Real Estate expert to manage our rapid, nationwide expansion of Hair Color Bars.

You are responsible for the delivery of all aspects of retail real estate for Madison Reed within a designated geographical region in the U.

S.

This position will assist in the strategic development and execution of a retail strategy and plan for a designated geographic region.

The position will report to the VP ofRetail Strategy & Corporate Development.

*What You'll Do* * Develop the overall real estate strategy for a designated geographic region in the U.S.

in line with the Company's overall Real Estate Plan and goals * Site analysis and selection of new Hair Color Bar locations, including regular travel to markets * LOI and lease negotiation in line with the company's real estate vision * Manage landlord and broker relationships with geographic regions * Present real estate strategy and locations for approval by CEO/COO for all locations within geography * Build relationships with internal business partners, working closely with legal, operations, and construction teams * Develop and maintain strong, strategic alliances with external business partners, including developers, brokers and related real estate partners *Who You Are* * An extremely analytical and detail oriented problem solver who knows how to complete deals with limited direction.

* Have a strong knowledge of lifestyle centers, high quality malls, their owners/managers, and the tenants typical of those centers.
