Maintenance Supervisor
Description
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.
This role is 100% on site and is based in Rocky Mount, NC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Leads and executes the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.
Works and leads teams in the maintenance organization.
Coaches line employees on basic maintenance procedures.
Works with Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.
Maintains spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system
Leads preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Electrical/mechanical engineering or applicable feild is required
At least 4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required
Team leadership or management experience required

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
