Radancy: Delivery Manager

Asa Delivery Managerat Radancyyou will oversee the daily operations of ourMedia and Data Solutionsteam.

This operations role will ensure proper project planning, manage resource allocation and ensure deadlines are met.

All with a focus on maintaining high quality standards of delivery for our diverse client base from inception to completion.Set andenforce Department SOPs for delivery.

This includesbut is not limited to requests for media plans,implementation of performance media campaigns,metrics tagging and reportingrequests.Departmental activity,performance,and financial reportingResource allocation and maintenance of an ongoing deliverables calendarDocument management and maintenance of project resources such as Teams, Project Request Forms, Intranet, etc.Ensure alldepartment employeetime entry into Workbookis accurate and completed weeklyby team membersNew Hire onboarding,Department Overview trainingand offboardingAdditional Responsibilities: Management and assignment of JIRA ticketsManagement of special projects as assignedCollaborate withother Delivery Managers to ensure processes all are following same SOPsExpected to continually improve his/her knowledge of tools, data, products, and best practicesBachelorsdegree3-5yearsofexperiencein a traffic or project management roleExcellentorganizational, time managementand critical thinkingskillsExperience withJIRAa plusExcellent customer service/people skillsProven ability to delegate effectively Join the global leader in talent acquisition technologies thats committed to finding new ways to leverage software, strategy and creative to enhance our clients employer brands across every connection point.
