Follow us on Twitter @BWXTech and learn more at www.bwxt.com.Job Description/Duties:* Assure consistent quality of production by overseeing and improving the existing quality systems; establish in-house NDT (VT, MT, and PT) program and capability; validate processes; oversee all testing, create, and certify objective quality documentation; manage the quality team, and quality archives.* Create and approve all techniques, ensure they meet client and project requirements* Department procedure creation, maintenance and review* Lead internal and external, including customer and ISO, audits* Ensure equipment is calibrated/certified per required procedures and client requirements* Develop, train, and technical oversite of Level I and II technicians in the method certified* Certify & re-certify inspectorsJob Qualifications/Requirements:* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university is required.* Must have NDT level III certified in multiple methods. VT, PT, and MT are required.
