Ensures that all aspects of clerical and clinical functions, appointment scheduling, and patient flow are well managed.* Manages the day to day operations as it pertains to supervisors* Establishes strong and collaborative relationships with the physicians and providers* Manages and maintains Utilization Management expectationso Meets regularly with physicians to review organizational metrics and individual performance to metricso Prepares and reviews organizational reportso Develops, in collaboration with physician leadership, action plans to address outlier performance* Manages and maintains patient demand* Collaborates with physician management for the site. Promotes excellent customer service.* Conducts personnel performance reviews and counseling per company guidelines.* Maintains an awareness of changes in policies, procedures and protocol.* Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times and promote the importance of customer service.* Handles patient complaints only after the subordinate has made efforts to resolve the concern* Comply with office confidentiality, safety, infection control and exposure control policies.* Ensure that clinics are kept clean, organized and safe.* Demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information.* Display a professional attitude through performance, appearance and demeanor.* Dress in a neat clean and appropriate manner per the office dress code.* Performs other duties as directed by management.* Works with Director of Medical Group Operations to develop strategic marketing plan to increase membership.* Responsible for overall co-ordination & leadership of clinics.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManages subordinate supervisors and managers.Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws..QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Two years of experience in a supervisory or office site manager capacity required.Language SkillsAbility to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer SkillsWorking knowledge of basic office programs and internet as related to medical office needs (ex: insurance authorizations).Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsNoneOther Skills and AbilitiesAble to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Possess strong written and verbal skills. Must display a high level of flexibility and attention to detail.Able to diagnose and analyze problems and propose solutions.Other QualificationsMust be presentable, able to maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with physician offices, insurance companies and co-workers; able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; handle all types of pressure and deadlines; professionally organize own work, requiring minimal supervision; and provide own transportation.
