The role scope covers the complete deal cycle from due diligence to Day One planning, operations integration and separation, synergy analysis, and stranded cost optimization.

Demonstrates significant experience coordinating M& A efforts in defining and implementing synchronized strategies across front office functions.

Candidates will have a deep understanding of GTM Integration and/or Divestiture approach to support the deal business case, align with Product and R& D roadmaps and be supported by cohesive Lead-to-Cash business process and systems design/implementation. Demonstrates intimateabilities and/or a proven record of success with managing and developing strategic client relationships while providing the highest quality client work across multiple client projects, including the following:Possessing related experience in GTM, with a focus on working across the deal lifecycle (Integrations and Divestitures); Possessing prior consulting experience; Providing deal strategic advice across GTM areas such as: GTM Diligence: product usage, customer sentiment, brand assessments, sales & channel effectives, support satisfaction, and revenue synergies and cost savings analysis; GTM Functional integration/separation planning across GTM functions: Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service and Support; GTM Integration/Divestiture execution such as (not exhaustive): Functional Day 1 readiness, revenue / cost synergy capture, and front office business process and systems implementation; Building collaborative relationships with team members and fostering a productive teamwork environment; Seeking diverseviews to encourage innovation and high performance, and demonstrated ability to coach staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback; Delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative; Identifying andaddressing client needs: build, maintain, and utilize networks of trusted client relationships; Managing effectively resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates; Communicating effectively in written and oral formats to various situations and audiences; Facilitating working sessions of medium to large sized groups; and,Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
