DescriptionOur publicly traded client is looking for a Property Tax Consultant.
The duties for this role will include but are not limited to:a.
Ability to build and maintain a model to calculate and track property tax accounting accruals and actualsb.
Ability to understand the taxation aspect of the business, deadlines for filing, and jurisdictional requirementsc.
Ensure the company is complying with all regulatory and tax entity requirements Requirements
– Strong familiarity with property taxes across jurisdictions
– Knowledge and understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting
– Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative/analytical disciplines
– 7+ years of related experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
