Our Commercial Real Estate client in the Los Angeles area is looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee an Industrial property.
This is an immediate need and also a potential contract to full time opportunity for the right person.
Previous Commercial Real Estate and Property Management experience is required.
Duties:
• Manage all operations at the property
• Respond to tenants and resolve any issue that they are having
• Approve maintenance requests and supervise vendor services
• Budget, forecast.
analyze and create financial reports
• Contracts and leases
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial Property Manager
• A bachelor’s degree and a real estate license is required for this role
This position will pay up to $60 per hour for the right person.
