Position Purpose

As the Property Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the team. You will be assigned 20-30 buildings throughout Greater Los Angeles, totaling 250-300 units. As the Property Manager for these communities, you will be responsible for day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and making sure the apartment communities are always maintained at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple apartment communities and drive from property to property.
  • Oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, inspections, and notices.
  • Providing superior customer service and communication with residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
  • Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances.
  • Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.
  • Maintain positive relations with all community vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of property management experience
  • Experience overseeing 200+ multifamily units
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in APPFOLIO property management software or other similar property management software
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English a plus
  • General office, bookkeeping and sales skills
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite’
