Assistant Project Manager
Support the Principals of a boutique design and construction company with all company matters. Including but not exclusive to:
Responsibilities:
– Assist with budget and schedule tracking for multiple design and construction projects.
– Support marketing and estimating efforts for client proposals.
– Support the competitive bid process by obtaining, tracking, organizing vendor quotes.
– Support contract administration, write scopes of work, obtain relevant signatures.
– File organization, data entry, and materials library organization.
– Support the procurement process for the furniture, fixtures, and finishes of multiple projects.
– Create details tracking sheets for all items.
– Compare and verify vendor quotes.Help with subcontractor insurance compliance, obtain certificates of insurance and lien waivers.
– Track accounts receivables and client invoicing.
– Track, organize and schedule construction final punch list items.
– Attend meetings, keep minutes, and follow up with action items.
– Update calendars for both company principals. Light book keeping.
– Permit application drop off and pick up.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in G-Suite and MS office. Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite would be nice, but is not a requirement. Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience.
