Local Inventory Ads Partner Administrator

The Area:

– The Local Inventory Ads Business development team identifies, recruits and nurtures relationships with strategic ISV, integrators, agencies and solution providers to advance the adoption of Local Inventory Ads.

– In this position, you will facilitate the timely onboarding of partners and merchants and troubleshoot related issues.

– This is an exciting opportunity to support local discoverability for local retailers.

Duties:

– As Local Inventory Ads Partner Administrator, your duties will include guiding partners and advertisers through the administrative onboarding process, including preparation of contracts from templates, development and management of purchase requisitions and invoices, enrollment of partners into supplier management systems and related troubleshooting of those processes after the partner is onboarded.

Responsibilities:

– Own administrative onboarding of partners.

– Own administrative onboarding of advertisers.

– Manage administration of ad credit programs

– Ensure that partners and advertisers are complying with contractual obligations.

– Ensure that partners are knowledgeable of and actively implementing administrative best practices.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

– BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

– 8+ years of experience with hardware/software solutions

– Experience managing ISV and integrator partnerships

– Experience working with client Spreadsheets, client Docs, etc

– Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

– Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort navigating changing GTM environments

 

Qualifications:

– Experience with client systems including Simba, Pivt and Ariba.
