Program Manager
UST Global® is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Program Manager to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US as part of UST’s Digital engagement. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background in delivering Digital solutions for Business and IT operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with client on Websites, Mobile Apps in traditional, new and emerging technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists to executives is key to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will be
- Accountable to manage end-to-end execution of strategic Program & Project initiatives of customer.
- Accountable to deliver the program/project technical deliverables within approved budget and schedule.
- Closely work with customer leadership team and program management office (PMO) on program status and metrics.
- Closely work with customer’s clients, business functional divisions, IT organization and vendor partners to deliver the project charter goals.
- Customer expectation management
- Budget tracking and forecasting.
- Resource management.
- Escalation management
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience.
- Program management role played with leading US Health Plans.
- Proven Experience on building & managing C-level relationships.
- Excellent on stakeholder communications, program/project budget and schedule management.
- Excellent on program and project management methodology and tools.
- Technical background in Java or Portal Front end technologies would be preferred
- Knowledge in US Healthcare market is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple things at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels, including strong presentation development and delivery as well as business and technical writing.
- Understanding of websites, website technology, mobile apps, services, data layer, newer technologies like AI/ML would be preferred.
- Love interacting with clients, good at listening, and understanding client’s business needs.
- Excellent organization, time, and risk management skills.
- Good IT project/program management experience
Location
This position will be based out of Woodland Hills CA. Alternate locations can be Mason OH or Atlanta GA.
