Project Manager [Gas Operations]

Project Manager Gas Operations As a Project Manager, you will use a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on various projects. We are looking for a self-starter and a team player who can lead various business process scenarios but can still work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy projects and programs to a desired outcome. Responsibilities Responsible for on-time, in-scope and in-budget delivery of identified projects and leading a project team Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resources Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Provide clear reporting of project status including timelines, milestone tracking, budget status, risk issue identification, and resource management. Communicate project status to key stakeholders and management Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives Present to stakeholders reports on project progress as well as problems and solutions Manage project documentation deliverables throughout the life cycle. Ensure Change Management is not an after taught on all projects, but a part and parcel of the overall delivery. Skills Basic Qualifications 8 year+ Technical Project management experience (waterfall, Agile Scaled Agile and hybrid methodologies) Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflictresolution management, active listening, Time management and interpersonal skills Experienced in Utility domain Gas Operations. Prior experience in managing Enterprise Content Management (preferably OpenText), document management projects. Prior experience in managing a Claims management system within the insurancerisk space will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to details and ability to handle ambiguity. Preference of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively Great meeting facilitation skills and effective team player. Mastery level understanding software development life cycle (SDLC). Previous experience with project management tools like MS Project or similar. Strong written and oral communications skills Strong computer literacy and experience with office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Customer-focused mindset with Coaching mentality and willingness to learn Strong experience with vendor management. Good to Have skills A PMP, Prince2 or CSM will be an added advantage. Experience working with any Cloud technologies User Experience
