Directcare offers its clients independently validated testing by CLIA-certified labs in compliance with FDA notification guidelines under the 2020 Emergency Use Authorization Act.
We’ve assembled a team of certified allied medical providers who are passionate about delivering top tier concierge service at every appointment.
Our goal is to assist our clients with new safety measures by implementing testing protocols for staff and employees that are aligned with local requirements.
The Project Manager is Responsible for working with Directcare’s entertainment, film and tv, corporate, and professional customers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of a COVID-19 Testing Sites while adhering to Directcare’s core values
Provide oversight of all staff at the Testing Sites by ensuring protective measures, social distancing, proper donning and doffing of PPE and decontamination of highly touched surfaces, materials, etc.
Ensure that the Testing Sites are adhering to federal and state laws for testing management
Ensures staff members are accounted for and coordinate all assigned roles
Oversee the general administrative activities of a COVID-19 testing sites
Be the Testing Site’s point of contact for all questions related to testing management, scheduling, storage and logistics, billing
Assures Testing Site worker safety; Monitor, investigate and resolve all safety concerns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant field medical / sales.
Prior experience in project management or account management
Maintain knowledge of all current COVID-19 protocols, federal, state and local government guidance and regulation
Proven time management, organization and problem-solving skills
Commitment to public health and making a direct impact on the global pandemic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program
Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize
Must be able to maintain flexibility in a challenging and dynamic emergency management environment
