This position requires proof of vaccination or, if not vaccinated, an approved accommodation for medical or religious reasons per the Airbus process upon hire.Position Summary: You will serve as the primary point of contact for projects, change management, and process operations management for the Customer Line / Flight Line organization in Mobile AL.

Additionally, you will work with the business quality manager to define the critical path for process adherence and manage the change required to achieve that objective.

The role is challenging but very rewarding and comes with the opportunity to build influence and network within the Airbus organization locally and internationally.Primary Responsibilities: Project Management (50%)Lead complex initiatives by planning, designating resources, setting budgets, monitoring progress, and managing stakeholders.

Be the action owner for workstreams assigned to Flight line for program and site initiatives and projects.

Document and manage risk associated with projects.Be able to show a proven track record of completing projects on time and on budgetCreatively find solutions and implement alternative plans when neededCreate meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Be able to problem-solve as a part of a team and be flexible Change Management (25%)Responsible for monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems.

Work with the organizational leadership to develop alignment plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and process implementations strategy.Need strong ability to communicate verbally and in writingDeliver information clearly such that meeting attendees can repeat information with high fidelity”Sell” the message in a way that drives results Process Operations Management (25%)Be the voice of Process operators in the Customer Line in Mobile.

Learn process maps and information and implement changes to bring operations into compliance.

Work with Business Quality Manager to develop courses of action or action plans that lead to improved process compliance.Learn Airbus business processes and be able to deploy solutions to all levels of our organizationOrganize and work with process owners to challenge non-conformance Influence stakeholders all along the process map to increase replicability Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: 5 years of Project Management or Change Management or Process Management.

You will need to show the ability to analyze content, build a plan, and sell a solution.

Show that you understand stakeholder management at all levels in a large and complex organization.

You will need to present your solution in a concise manner.

You will need to be experienced at developing multiple courses of actions, implementing a plan, and adjusting that plan when needed to ultimately meet targets and produce results.

Some projects will be cross program and work with stake holders in multiple countries with a broad range of nationalities.

Organizational information:This position supports the multi-program Customer line organization for FAL in Mobile Al.

The primary goal of this organization is to manage the delivery phase of our production line.

Customer line includes Flight line operations, delivery operations, delivery experience, and a transformation organization.

As the project manager you will work directly for the Head of Transformation.

This position has no direct reports but works on a small team that includes operational support, business quality management, and analytics.

The position will lead multifunctional teams and change management teams.
