AXIS/GFA is seeking motivated, passionate, and collaborative candidates for a Project Manager position.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years experience on large scale, multi-family, mixed-use or hospitality projects preferred
Licensed in California
Demonstrated ability to lead large inter-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to earn and hold clients trust over the course of a project spanning the design, entitlement, documentation and execution phases.
Demonstrated ability to deliver successful project outcomes profitably.
Proficient in AutoCad and/or Revit with equal emphasis on speed and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of building systems and related CSI specifications
Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
Passionate about the built environment
Great listener, communicator, and knowledge sharer with the ability to mentor junior and intermediate staff on technical specifications
Minimum of three references. Preferably include owners, general contractors and structural engineers
