We are a Los Angeles based mid-sized general contractor located in Mid-Wilshire
– Koreatown area seeking a project estimator/manager to join our team.
Requirements: Bachelors in Architecture/Civil engineering or related field with minimum 3 years experience.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects from estimating, scheduling, and documentation (RFI, change orders, meeting minutes, etc)
Develop and review full-scope estimates based on construction documents/site visits
Coordinate with vendors, tenants and ownership as required
Oversee construction progress and trouble shoot issues as they arise
Attend jobsite meetings
Job Skills & Abilities
Understanding of construction business and architectural space plans.
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred, but not required
Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and to prioritize assignments
Enthusiastic, eager to learn and a team player in a fast paced environment
