Additionally, our career path planning, and continuing education will assist you with your professional goals.Position Summary: The Broadvoice Project Manager will collaborate with team leaders to understand their business objectives and effectively provide support to a wide range of functions within the company focusing on projects across our product, development, and business teams. Acting as a single point of contact, the Project Manager will execute project plans by mapping deliverables and work streams, preparing status reports, and coordinating tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for someone with strong capabilities across all phases of project management, leadership and the ability to identify, clarify and problem solve issues to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Manage the roadmap of complex projects, including approval, planning, communications, execution, and closeout to ensure results for cross-functional teams including marketing and sales departmentsUse formal processes such as internal PM systems to develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports, identifying key milestones and project resource needs to ensure completed work meets all specificationsMonitor and create project deliverables, leading overall prioritization and direction of work streams and managing performance to meet target goalsBuild consensus, anticipate and solve problems by escalating competing priorities to the team and identifying process improvements, breaking down barriers to the teams deliveryFacilitate project meetings and provide feedback to project team members by sharing insights and recommendationsAssist leadership in the development and design of new projectsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with knowledge of the program management lifecycle, PMP Certification a plusAt least 2 years of experience in telecommunications industry or project management experience for a SaaS companyExperience with project management software and other tools for tracking, reporting and analyzing progressExcellent organizational skills with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives within tight time framesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects of any scope with limited direct supervisionSelf-starter with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a teamAbility to work independently and as part of a team, receive feedback, and execute accordinglyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and culturePhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
