Client Details

Our client is a Los Angeles General Contractor who specializes in the construction of commercial projects.

Description

  • Review construction projects contract with clients
  • Review, obtain, and Implement necessary permits
  • Review and ensure necessary insurance requirements of projects
  • Issue subcontracts and purchase orders projects
  • Review and approve project estimates
  • Provide leadership in scheduled project meetings

Profile

  • Four year college degree in construction related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while contuinng to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving, analytic, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
