Description
- Review construction projects contract with clients
- Review, obtain, and Implement necessary permits
- Review and ensure necessary insurance requirements of projects
- Issue subcontracts and purchase orders projects
- Review and approve project estimates
- Provide leadership in scheduled project meetings
Profile
- Four year college degree in construction related field
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while contuinng to meet project deadlines
- Excellent problem solving, analytic, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
