We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager.
This role demands amazing organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and mitigate risks.
This position reports to the Director of Project Management.
This is a full-time opportunity.
A Day In The Life at Wonderful:
Manage multiple projects (both digital and offline) simultaneously from initial concept to delivery Create and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation and specs as needed Ensure final product is consistent with agency and client’s vision, budget, and timeline Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, goals and expectations with team members and stakeholders Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Maximize agency efficiency and quality through innovative solutions and artful application of resources Identify, prioritize, communicate and mitigate project risks Actively contribute to the development of the agency’s culture and standards of quality Always create an environment that is: Collaborative, Dependable, Insightful, Innovative, Memorable, Innovative, Passionate, Agile, Driven, Diverse, Analytical and Deliberate
Your Contribution to Wonderful:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field 3+ years as a project manager in a full-service ad agency preferred A solid understanding of agency processes including creative production (broadcast and print) and digital builds A proven history of managing small to large size projects Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and oral presentation and communication skills Ability to interact with clients at various levels COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption Location
