- The Global Ops Crisis Management Office (CMO) focuses on developing strengthened resilience for People Operations through crisis capabilities that plan for, manage, and respond to crises as they emerge.

- The Project Coordinator will support the Crisis Management Office (CMO), working closely with CMO Program Managers to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
- Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with CMO Program Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and research for projects.
- Project Coordinator will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation.
- Support CMO Program Managers in the execution of a project workstream from kickoff to completion
- Maintain one-stop-shop for curated crisis playbooks, on-demand historical context, and tracking crisis knowledge needs
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, trainings, tabletops, etc. with stakeholders
- Support the planning and implementation of project plans
- Track project metrics and data
- Documentation of lessons learned (retrospectives) & outcomes of tabletop exercises
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Support in action item capture and information sharing to key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management
- 4 years of related experience
- Team-oriented work style with expertise in problem-solving
- Proven project management skills, including scope management, risk/issue management and reporting at multiple levels in an organization
- Excellent communications skills- presentation, written, and verbal.
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
- Industry experience managing/coordinating projects within crisis and/or risk management; Project or program management experience for complex stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Experience in influencing stakeholders at higher levels and across countries
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Ability to influence and collaborate with a team and cross-functionally
- Strong judgment with a positive attitude
