Project Coordinator

3DI urgently would like to hire a contractor to support the Claims Management System (iVOS) Continued Implementation and Upgrade project.

Work is expected to last for a period of twelve (12) months from contractor(s) start date.

We are expecting the average work hours to be approximately 10 to 40hours per week.

Scope of Duties:

The Project Coordinator will assist with the implementation of additional iVOS features, coordinate at least one software release upgrade, as well as provide general production support.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Coordinate with vendor and City resources to implement additional iVOS features (e.g., automated P&I payments) Assist with the implementation of electronic payments for direct deposit Assist with implementation of the new claim intake process, “Digital” Coordinate application version upgrade including review of release notes, plan/monitor testing, coordinate cutover Assist with application and interface troubleshooting Document and submit software defects to the vendor Coordinate issue resolution with City staff and vendors Recommend and implement iVOS software configuration to support business needs Work with business users to identify reporting requirements Develop reports using the iVOS Reporter module Provide user training and documentation Assist in identifying and resolving project risks and issues Lead and supervise the Assistant Project Coordinator with daily operational needs
Requirements:

The contractor must be proficient in the following skills and knowledge to perform this work:
A minimum of ten years’ experience in project management and business analysis for business applications systems, and at least five years’ experience with projects of similar size and scope A minimum of five years’ experience with the iVOS software, version 4.4 or higher Experience working with all employment levels including senior executives and claims level staff Experience developing and executing test plans Experience documenting processes and requirements that can be understood by both IT and business stakeholders Ability to quickly learn the business processes Very strong analytical skills Very strong oral and written communication skills Very strong facilitation and coordination skills Proven ability to be flexible and to do what is needed to ensure that business needs are met Knowledge of workers’ compensation processes and regulations is desirable
