Work you’ll do * Responsible for day-to-day responsibility of leading the multi-disciplinary team supporting the client, and serving as the lead systems integrator, in all aspects of cost, schedule and performance. * Manage specific projects or task orders and ensures that the technical solutions, schedules, and project deliverables specified in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. * Coordinate with the client contracting officers and representatives, management personnel, staff, and customer representatives. * Formulate and enforce work standards, assign resources and staff, prepare, and adhere to cost budgets, approve work schedules, review work, resolve discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the project to subordinates. The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation. Qualifications Required: * An active Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance is required to be considered for this role. * Master’s Degree with 20 years of experience in Program Management, Acquisition, and Contracting. * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Acquisition Professional Development Program Level III, OR Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III in Program Management. * Must have an in-depth understanding of technologies and the architecture of Ground Based Mission Operations systems. * Must have proven project management and/or relevant technical leadership experience. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. * Travel up to 20%. Preferred: * Federal consulting experience is desired. * Familiarity with Ground Based Mission Operations Systems is desired (DoD space systems experience is highly desired).
