ADP Worldwide Commercial Operations is hiring a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the centralized Sales Operations organization.

The Program Manager serves as a valued business partner for the program, a liaison between WW Sales Ops, Business Units (BU) and other internal cross-functional groups such as Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Product Management, Sales Automation, Learning and Development, etc.

as they relate to projects and programs that are initiated.You must be able to drive conversations with key stakeholder(s) to understand the charter/strategy, impact, timelines, scope, and manage the activities/deliverables spanning multiple organizations to ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget and in accordance to charter.

In addition, this may include managing an overall program collection of smaller projects and project managing/monitoring project teams.

The Program Manager acts as the primary contact for the program to senior managementYou will be responsible for executing project procedures that support WW Commercial Operations standards while ensuring delivery of the day to day business goals.

The Program Manager typically manages a Project or Program from start through close.

They deliver on the scope of exceptionally large and complex Projects and Programs that directly impact the Sales Organization.The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to partner, strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

In order to be successful in this role you must have practical experience as a Program Manager for large complex initiatives.

Project Documentation: Create, report and maintain all applicable project and program documentation including but not limited to the following: Project Charter.

Meet with stakeholder(s) to have a clear understanding of program strategy.

Complete charter and gain agreement/alignment at all levels.

Project Plan.

Builds, manages and publishes a comprehensive overall project plan, including the development schedule, Workstreams, resource requirements and identifies individuals who have accountability for task completion.

Resources.

Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional groups and external vendors.

Facilitate the engagement to support/advise.

Project Completion.

Reports on results & lessons learned to helpfacilitate continuous improvement.

Decision Log.

TBD Risk Log.

TBD PM Tools.

Familiar with using Smartsheet, Clarizen or Workfront to manage their projects.

Trusted Advisor & Leader.

Works closely with stakeholder(s) to ensure a successful outcome, be able to lead the project team and/or project lead through strategic decision/guidance, align all project work with overall program objectives, what else should we be thinking about.

Project Management.

Identifies and communicates project objectives, scope & measurement criteria.

Identify risks and mitigation plans and reports wider issues.

Act as a point of escalation for team members when issues arise that can impact the project.

Accountable for driving closure to all escalated issues either independently or through engagement of other stakeholders.

Administrative.

Host’s meetings and set agendas, conference calls, sends meeting notes, conducts follow-ups, etc.

with internal and external project team members.

Accountability.

Responsible for meeting project schedule and results, identify and report risks or misalignments.

Communication.

Own communication cadence with stakeholders, senior management & enterprise cross-functional groups.

Communicate overall program status including milestones, risks, issues, change management, decisions needed, etc.

Experience working in a Matrix environment Strong leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold accountability for deliverables At least five years of Program/Project Management experience Experienced managing medium to large cross-functional and/ or multi-year programs Experience with Project Management tools and structured methodologies Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, Workfront & building workflows Experience with rolling out tools and technology Minimal travelQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BS degree in Marketing & Business Administrationor equivalent education & experience.
