Program Manager

Job Description Prescient Edge is seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of a Federal Government client.

To that end, we provide employees with a best in class benefits package that includes: A competitive salary with performance bonus opportunities Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and orthodontia coverage A substantial retirement plan with no vesting schedule Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged Job Requirements Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph 12 years DoD/IC program management experience, including within the past 2 years Masters Degree, OR Bachelors Degree with 5 additional years of management experience, for a total of 17 years Must demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced Must demonstrate the ability to structure analytic questions based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction Must demonstrate the ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, addressing analytic disputes, and conflict resolution Must demonstrate the ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense Intelligence products at the operational through the strategic level for the warfighter to national-level policy makers Must demonstrate the ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems Must demonstrate the ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information Must demonstrate an understanding of Intelligence Community Directives 203 (Analytical Standards) and 206 (Sourcing Requirements for Disseminated Analytical Products) to vet and interpret analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications Must demonstrate the ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner, both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills Must demonstrate the ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected development Must demonstrate the ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic/soft copy matrices, and/or web-enabled formats Must demonstrate the ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols Must demonstrate the ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information Experience with Strategic Deterrence, Space Operations, Cyberspace Operations, Joint EW, Global Strike, Global Missile Defense, Global C4ISR, Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) knowledge and experience Experience with Defense Critical Infrastructure Protection (DCIP) Knowledge and experience planning and executing Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) exercises or other civil defense emergency planning exercises Experience with international and interagency partnerships, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Guard Bureau, COCOMs, JTTFs, and Defense Intelligence Agency Experience with international joint operations partnerships such as NATO, Canada, and Mexico Knowledge and experience with US Government Contracting Experience working with cross-functional teams PMP Intelligence background Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation Competitive intelligence and foreign industry market analysis Strong organizational and people skills
