Product Marketing Manager

In this role, you will: Own the messaging and help drive the launch and growth strategy for Video Collaboration Services Create compelling marketing assets (including but not limited to landing pages, product overview presentations, and enablement materials) that convey the benefits of our services portfolio Play a key role in continuing to shape our solutions story with services as a critical aspect Be the visible thought leader across all go-to-market teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure alignment on business priorities and influence key decisions (e.g.

naming, market & competitive positioning, creative strategy, feature prioritization, etc.) Partner with Channel Marketing and Sales Enablement teams in the creation of training materials for new and existing services updates Work with the Content Marketing team to bring relevant insights from our services strategy to a wider audience for thought leadership Consult campaign marketing teams on opportunities to drive broad awareness for our services portfolio, as well as targeted cross-sell or upsell opportunities Leverage any market data, research, and customer feedback to create compelling content to drive adoption of services among the current customer base.

Work with internal and external creatives (designers, copywriters, producers, etc.) to bring your product/service to market on brand, on time, and with beautiful simplicity.

Partner with the Web team to ensure optimization of services promotion on our website.

Key Qualifications 5 years in marketing (preferably services or solutions marketing), product strategy, sales or equivalent go-to-market experience.

Natural storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Born collaborator
– adept at working with multiple teams across a globally dispersed company, including product management, regional marketing, PR, and senior leadership.

Self-starter with a bias for action, solving problems, and the determination to drive decisions and consensus across stakeholder groups.

Ability to quickly frame a path forward in the face of a complex, ambiguous challenge and effectively manage multiple projects Outstanding follow-through, time management, and project management skills.

Very comfortable consulting and working with creatives to effectuate the vision of our services portfolio Analytical
– ability to turn data into a narrative that guides marketing strategy.

Special interest or experience in hardware services, collaboration technology, and channel marketing is a plus.

Ability to travel up to 10% (when relevant).

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, marketing, or communications field MBA a bonus
