The Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap’s advertising platform and user experiences. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
- Lead the vision, strategy, development and launch of our next generation of causal measurement & products
- Identify and prioritize new ways to measure causal impact across our ad stack
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative information into product requirements
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to understand patterns and trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Work with Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, etc. to build, test, and ship products
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience taking one or more advertising products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch
- Experience defining vision, strategy and roadmap for a software product, preferably mobile based
- Ability to build trust with engineers, data science and other cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
- Ability to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science, engineering) or statistics related field
- Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution
- Experience with causal experimentation e.g. randomized control tests (ITT, Ghost Ads, PSA, geo experiments), econometric modeling, split testing, etc.
- Ability to create innovative products that improve the way people live and communicate.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$239,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $143,000-$214,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
