Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following Driving the product lifecycle process, from market research to roadmap development, requirements development, execution and product launch Driving feature delivery and business results with cross functional departments and approach these interactions with collaboration and empathy towards common goals. Developing B2B products and features, including API’s that can integrate in a variety of technical environments, using Agile SCRUM methodology Driving API specifications as needed to get the requirement across to development team. Working closely with external and internal stakeholders including the development team to plan, communicate and support delivery of new capabilities for our customers Gathering product feedback and drive persona research to determine customers need. Partnering with the Analytics team to plan and drive efforts in data mining, machine learning and predictive analytics. Running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products Driving product launches including working with marketing, sales, client relations, executives, and other product management team members Supporting product releases by providing effective knowledge sharing tools and documents (e.g. User Guides, FAQs, Training Videos) to other teams You bring to the table Bachelor’s degree in STEM Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management Experience managing SaaS products and developing self-service applications Understanding of B2B Integrations and various API interactions Experience managing dependencies and received the agreement and trust of stakeholders to deliver a successful product. Proficient in Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and other development management tools Background collaborating with software engineering development teams Self-motivated, passionate team-oriented individual. Exceptional organization skills, meticulous attention to detail, critical thinking and capable of managing multiple priorities Experience managing dependencies and received the agreement and trust of stakeholders to deliver a successful product. Experience partnering with analytics teams to define and track appropriate performance indicators, report on success measures, evaluate metrics to enhanceimprove activities and strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management Proven track record managing all aspects of a successful product from ideation to launch Effectively balancing consumer, partner, and business interests Additional experience preferred, but not required Experience in the financial industry – Fintech, Banking, Payments We are located in Los Angeles and offer Dynamic, stimulating and open environment with opportunity for personal development.
