As a Product Manager, you’ll focus on delivering new products that bring the best PayPal payment experiences into our Honey extension and the rest of our Shopping surfaces (including Honey and PayPal Shopping Mobile Apps). Specifically, you’ll be focusing on building a new experience that lets our users access PayPal products on out-of-network merchants. You’ll work with multiple stakeholders in both Honey and PayPal to ensure our members are able to seamlessly transition between mobile, web and extension experiences, and use the best features from both worlds.

About the team:

Our Checkout Integration team is at the center of Honey and PayPal integration efforts. The shopping journey ends with checkout, our team strives to give users a best-in-class payment experience that leverages PayPal member payment options, earning and burning of offers and rewards across all merchant integration types. We partner with PayPal Checkout, Credit, and a variety of other PayPal teams to bring these experiences to life. We work across platform and own the end-to-end checkout experience within the entire PayPal Shopping vertical, building products on the Honey browser extension, PayPal Shopping and Honey mobile apps.

About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

As a Product Manager on our team, you will:

  • Bring a new product to life from 0 to 1 that lets users access PayPal products on any merchant
  • Own the end-to-end user customer experience for the product
  • Report and improve activation, conversion, and revenue metrics
  • Prioritize and manage an agile backlog with multiple development teams
  • Develop product strategy based on good judgment combined with research and analytics

About You:

  • 2+ years Product Management experience
  • A strong consensus builder across multiple teams
  • You have a platform orientation and optimizes towards what’s best for the user experience to move the platform forward
  • Strong execution-focus and ability to create an actionable plan amongst a certain degree of ambiguity
  • Experience using Marqeta, Stripe or any other credit card issuing platform
  • Experience building product cross platform – such as extensions, iOS/Android, and web
  • Technical savvy and experience working with backend engineering teams
  • Has shipped technical products or features from ideation through post-launch
  • Experience with identity and/or fintech products is a plus
