What Will You Be Managing In This Role ‍
We are looking for a first on the ground, experienced publisher sales leader to super charge our business in the US.

The ideal candidate will have a strong book of contacts on the monetisation side within the mobile gaming publisher / developer community, and will have a solid understanding of the gaming ecosystem.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is able to hit the ground running from day 1.
Requirements
Key responsibilities in this role ‍
Lead and drive the publisher’s sales effort in the US.

Pipeline management
– identify all gaming publisher prospects and prioritise accordingly.

Pitch, negotiate and close publisher partnerships in the US.

The ability to close publisher partnerships quickly and work closely with AM and TAM teams to manage the SDK integration process and on-boarding.

Work closely with the Supply Sales team in EMEA as well as Demand Sales, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Tech Support and Ad Operations.

Align with heads of department to coordinate growth projects, drive revenue opportunities and grow supply across the platform.

Input into the product team and the team that monitors and analyzes key business metrics to proactively report to the business on action to improve monetization efforts.

Become a spokesperson for Admix at key conferences and industry events
What We’re Looking For
7 to 12 years sales experience in the mobile tech/ gaming space.

Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated to driving and closing publisher sales.

Strong negotiator, organisational agility to work across functions.

Consistently demonstrates a ‘growth mindset’; embracing continuous learning; challenging the status quo, being brave ‘failing fast’ and rapidly iterating.

Excellent relationship builder, well respected and known for integrity
– natural hunter mentality.

Naturally organised with an eye for detail and the ability to turn data into insight/ opportunity.

Ability to effectively communicate and manage key stakeholder requests (written/verbal) Driven and ambitious
– the business as a whole is growing quickly, and will suit an individual who can adapt quickly in a fast changing environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to groups/ public speaking.
