1.Responsible for overseas AMS/EMEA/APAC and other regional catering service procurement projects, including but not limited to employee canteen operation service outsourcing, snacks, event meal, pantry design, kitchen equipment and other various catering solutions.
2.Responsible for vendor qualification, selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, supplier daily operation management, PO processing & payment coordination and other Sourcing-to-Pay procurement support.
3.In-depth understanding of local market dynamics and regional logistics team’s requirement.
Provide timely and cost-effective solutions with good service.
4.Continuously improve supplier sourcing, selection, evaluation, bidding, management and elimination mechanisms to ensure the establishment of a competitive and high-quality supplier pool that meets the Corporate’s pace of development.
5.Align with companys overall procurement and catering category strategy.
Deploy strategies to local procurement practices.
6.Provide feedback of local industry/legal norms and other special requirements to the headquarter for various strategies optimization.
7.Cooperate and manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Help ensure that internal stakeholders can get a timely response and exceed their expectations.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above in procurement, supply chain or related areas.
2.5+ years of working experience in procurement or related area.
At least 3 years of sourcing experience in related categories or indirect areas.
3.Experience in project, vendor and procurement process management is required.
4.Excellent procurement professional knowledge and strong communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement strategy, cost control, negotiation and contract is required.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Global procurement experience in technology companies or related industry.
2.Experience and resources of indirect procurement in overseas catering industry.
3.Professional certificates such as PMP and CPSM.
