The Business Engineering and Partner Solutions team (BEPS) provides businesses with the solutions they need to face the tasks of today, as well as the expertise to engineer a path to the future. Depending on a business’ needs, BEPS will connect them with in-house engineers, recommend the right partners, or develop a customized combination of both. By integrating technology and partnerships in one team, BEPS can employ the right solution, empowering businesses to grow today and build for tomorrow. We are looking for a Partner Foundation and Programs Manager to join a new team, Central Partnership Program (CPP), whose role is to identify 3rd party businesses that complement Facebook’s family of apps and services to deliver outsized value to Facebook’s customers. Once a 3rd party business is identified for entry into the Facebook Marketing Partner (FMP) ecosystem, the CPP team builds a partnership program to further develop and enable the offerings of each new FMP specialty. From there this team designs and implements innovation initiatives that grow our marketing partners ecosystem, in terms of revenue, program participants, and advertisers who are utilizing our partners to successfully grow their businesses. This role will focus on the Adtech specialty, one of the most critical partner ecosystems to Facebook’s advertising business. The team thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, programs, product, and go-to-market. The ideal candidate is a leader in complex cross-functional environments (product, marketing, eng, etc.) and has a keen understanding on how to best leverage those resources. The ideal candidate should also have a strong analytical background inclusive of understanding how to synthesize data into tangible business strategies and is an effective communicator that can project manage large initiatives and effectively update cross functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives
- Develop strategies to drive new integrations and product adoption by our partners
- Identify innovative opportunities to drive impact through an understanding of market trends and opportunities
- Take a structured, data driven approach to identifying opportunities and evaluating impact
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, driving the successful execution of global partner programs
- Execute in fast-paced and highly iterative environment
- 3+ years of experience in product management, partnerships/business development, professional services, such as management consulting or investment banking, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
- Experience working through ambiguity to develop a strategy, setting aggressive goals, and executing
- Proven leadership experience planning and executing complex projects in cross-functional environments (product, marketing, engineering, etc.)
- Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
- Experience learning and shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control
- Experience in executive communications: gaining buy-in for large initiatives and effectively updating cross functional stakeholders at all levels
- Quantitative/analytical experience
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience building programs to support diverse communities
