You are responsible for providing leadership and direction to the change management process.

You have a passion for helping to evaluate and improve release processes in a fast-growing company.Key responsibilitiesWork with Engineering and Operations teams to plan and coordinate software releasesOwn the release calendar including details on code freezes, deployments, and patch windowsDefine deployment readiness criteria for each release and track adherenceCommunicate release schedules, artifacts, and status to all stakeholdersCoordinate with development managers to ensure timely and accurate release notesConduct monthly release readiness review meetings and track progress across multiple teamsIdentify and remediate complex deployment and scheduling conflicts across Engineering and OperationsFacilitate the change management process and lead CAB (Change Advisory Board)Review current release process across the organization and propose changes to drive improved qualityRequirements5 years’ release or technical program management experienceBachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science or software/computer engineering preferred)Ability to work with distributed cross-functional teamsExperience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologiesKnowledge of CI/CD toolsExperience with Infrastructure as a Code (IaC)Experience with a multi-tenant SaaS platformTechnically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quicklyExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individualsDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and direct a Program team to successStrong and clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesPersuasive, adaptable, encouraging, and motivating workerAdditional skills and knowledgeFinancial services industry, FinTech, or WealthTech experience a plus About Advisor360°We’re not your typical WealthTech company.
