The Opportunity

To keep pace with our growth, we are looking for a dynamic marketer who can take our Paid Social Media services to the next level. The ideal candidate will share our endless curiosity and subscribe to our mission while also possessing the organization, project management, and communication skills required to operate autonomously and interact directly with our clients. You will also have a knack for process and an insatiable hunger for optimization, such as improving core paid media KPI?s.


This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats and whose work ethic is unrivaled. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will lead success on our core Agency projects while playing a key role within exciting Studio initiatives. In other words, you will have the opportunity to make a Day-1 impact on our company and clients.


Your Accomplishments and Required Expertise

  • 2-3 years of experience creating and executing paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat are a plus!
  • 2-3 years of experience managing campaigns for multiple client accounts simultaneously; agency experience strongly preferred
  • Managed and carefully scaled marketing budgets of $30,000/mo+
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with clients via email, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • Have developed and deployed paid media strategies from scratch
  • Have driven paid customer acquisition and have proven track record of meaningful ROAS
  • Managed designers and copywriters throughout the content development process
  • Fundamental knowledge of improving conversion rates of a websites and landing pages
  • Understanding of creative assets varying in placement, audience, and stage of the funnel
  • Deep appreciation for messaging and its nuanced evolution over the campaign lifecycle
  • Have delivered comprehensive reports on KPIs and analyzing areas of improvement
  • Have created processes to follow and streamline marketing and communications
  • Must be able to work Pacfic Time Zone office hours (UTC/GMT -7)
