Order Clerk will be responsible for data entry and Oracle MRP transactions to support the Hanover Park warehouse operation.
In this role, you will assist different areas of the warehouse operation to support ship on time to our customers.Essential Responsibilities:Enter IT TicketsCreate container auditing scheduleAudit containersEstimate containers for international shipmentsCreate and manage STG (WIP) inventory weekly reportShift Supervisor CoverageProcess move orders for scrapResolve UOM (unit of measure) discrepanciesOracle transactions as it relates to resolving inventory issues in WIP shippingEHS inspectionsInventory box and pack inventoryQualifications/Requirements:2-year degree minimumMinimum of 3 years of experience in materials / services / manufacturing rolesWorking knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Data entry experienceOracle MRP knowledge desired but not requiredMicrosoft Office (Word/Excel) requiredTime management skills, ability to adjust to changing priorities, and meet deadlinesGood communication skills Proactive attitude and a sense of urgency with meeting role objectivesSteel Toe Shoes requiredButler America Aerospace, LLC.
