Paid Marketing Manager

The Paid Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of integrated paid media campaigns across multiple channels in support of Skylight’s marketing initiatives. In partnership with internal teams and partner agencies, this role will be responsible for managing all paid digital channels including, but not limited to, Meta channels and Google Search. This role will report into the Director of Performance Marketing. We are looking for someone who is analytical and data-obsessed with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

Manage, build, and optimize paid media campaigns across paid social and search channels including Meta, Google Adwords and YouTube. 

Test audience segmentation, creative, and data-driven campaign strategies to improve performance.

Manage and optimize budget allocation across paid media channels to maximize ROI.

Work with the creative team to develop ad copy and creative that resonates with audiences and drives towards acquisition goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve ROAS/CPAs and help us achieve our revenue goals.

Ability to communicate campaign performance effectively through clear and concise reporting.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience in ecommerce and performance marketing at a brand, agency or similar.

Direct experience working in Meta and Google ad platforms required. Other paid search and social channel management is a plus. 

Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc. 

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and large budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Impeccable briefing skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven track record of highly effective collaboration.

Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data driven.

Experience working with Shopify and Google Analytics.

Startup experience is a plus.
