Job Summary:

As the Operations New Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Operations at Ruggable, focusing on scoping and launch of new products and business ventures.

You will be a creative problem solver and data-driven thinker.

Working across multiple areas of Operations, including Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management and Strategy, you will act as a key partner in making new business initiatives viable and scalable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and/or support a variety of mission-critical projects and initiatives within Operations
  • Support new business ventures, representing manufacturing and supply chain as a liaison between operations stakeholders
  • Analyze new business decisions by gathering and validating key inputs and assumptions
  • Support the implementation of new products in coordination with the product and R&D functions
  • Analyze new and existing operations processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction
  • Create project management plans and tracking tools to ensure successful and timely project completion

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 1-3+ years of professional experience working in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, or consulting
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis to drive insights and results
  • Track record of managing and/or supporting large projects from start to finish, including project management, problem solving and delivering recommendations
  • Excellent proficiency with spreadsheets and slides
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working at a high-growth company
  • Experience utilizing and/or building dashboards (ex: Tableau / Looker / Sheets)
