They’ve experienced rapid growth since their launch, and are seeking an Operations Manager/Director to directly assist the COO with procurement, fulfillment and logistics.n nResponsibilities:n nAs part of the Operations team, you will:n n
– Manage and oversee daily execution of company operations, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and logisticn n
– Monitor order flow between Shopify, order management system and 3PL to ensure that target fulfillment rates and metrics are metn n
– Build and maintain strong working relationships with all contract manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PL partners to effectively manage inventory throughout the supply chainn n
– Manage the purchasing process to ensure that optimal inventory is in place to support the company’s growth objectivesn n
– Review demand requirements and develop component procurement strategy to support finished good Purchase Ordersn n
– Work proactively to ensure best practices are shared and upheld across the entire operations teamn nQualifications:n n
– Bachelor’s degree, preferredn n
– 5-8 years of supply chain operations experience preferredn n
– Procurement/ ERP system experience preferredn n
– Experience in the D2C space, required (consumer goods focus a big plus)n n
– Previous hands-on experience dealing with logistics, inventory, and purchasing processesn n
– Previous experience managing and mentoring more junior colleagues (and desire to continue doing so)n n
