Felina, an LA-based manufacturer, seller, and marketer of Women’s and Men’s underwear and loungewear is searching for an Operations Manager.
This newly created position will report to the CEO/President of the company and will oversee several departments such as purchasing, production, sourcing, distribution, and sales.
This individual will be responsible for developing strategic plans, optimizing productivity, leading teams, and improving organizational effectiveness through the development of processes, the implementation of innovative approaches, and motivation of the team.
Some of the complexities this individual will manage are: labor planning, inbound/outbound operations, space management, equipment maintenance, logistics, automation, safety, quality, productivity, and peak planning.
This individual must be able to deliver projects on time, work within budgets, delegate effectively, enforce policies and standards, resolve conflicts, establish metrics, manage structure, and develop specific business plans.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years operational experience with a working knowledge of operational procedures, 5-10 years apparel experience, a proven track record of managerial skills, decision making effectiveness, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
Must have strong Excel and Word skills.
Experience in direct-to-consumer operations is a must, as are strong math skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
