Program Manager III

The “World’s Largest Search Engine” is looking for you Position Description Function as Sales point of contact to field FAQs and escalations, relying upon database of canned responses and colleague expertise to triage and resolve questions and issues.

Audit seller facing collateral to identify required updates.

Develop and release updated content, to include (but not limited to) updating portfolio of work to include examples of complex display ads.

Migrate team website to company sites for efficiencies in future updates.

Perform analysis on to improve key metric across video production.

Establish baselines per sales group / region, inform targets per sales group / region, and inform overall strategic objectives to improve go-live rates and therefore increase revenue.

Create team-wide spreadsheet-based resource management tracker for all non-standard initiatives across Creative Production team.

Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory The candidates should have effective communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot / problem solve basic questions leveraging a knowledge base of FAQs and canned responses, familiarity with Google sheets, sufficient analytical skills to manipulate datasets and identify trends in data.

Desired Experience in Creative with ad formats is a bonus but definitely not required This particular client is requiring that all new hires show proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
