This international textile company is seeking committed individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company.
Willingness to relocate to different facilities as needs arise is highly preferable.
Emerging Leaders will learn all of the functions performed by operators in a facility, in order to transition into a supervisory role upon completion of training, overseeing 25-35 operators on a shift.
A college degree is required for all candidates, and learning background or area of interest may help determine ongoing management and promotional opportunities within the company.
Training can last up to 6 months, based on experience level, but no previous supervisory or management experience is necessary.
