The integration of our traditional and alternative asset management businesses will enhance our ability to deliver a holistic suite of client-centric investment solutions, benefitted by our global scale, deep industry expertise, market insights and long-standing experience.BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEWAsset Management Division Operations partners with two main areas of the firm to deliver asset management capabilities to clients around the world, providing essential risk management and control as well as client service and excellence in execution RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSBILITIESThe AMD Reporting Ops team manages the setup and distribution of client reporting deliverables for all Institutional Clients globally and Clients & Prospects invested in Goldman Sachs Asset Management Mutual Funds across multiple regions.

In addition, we manage institutional portal client setup, produce Monthly Mutual Fund Updates and provide assistance on a number of other client relationship functions.The Analytics Team within Reporting is looking for specialists who can partner closely with Technology, Project Managers, Client Relationship Managers and product team(s) to streamline processes managed by the team manually.

The team is responsible for the following functions:Checkout / Delivery of Standard reports Monthly factsheet ProductionLiaise with upstream teams for ensuring data accuracyMetrics reporting to management on a daily basis.Preparation & delivery of Custom Reports Co-ordination of regulatory reports for GSAMManage changes for client statement disclosures and footnotesAccess provisioning to GSAM.com BASIC QUALIFICATIONSGood written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex technical ideaExplore solutions that leverage business intelligence, low code automation, industry utilities, and external vendor solutionsAbility to clearly elaborate the issues is crucial as significant part of the job Strong analytical, debugging and design skillsKnowledge in building Qlikview, Alteryx, Python and business intelligence/data visualization toolsStrong sense of attention to details and financial risk awareness Pro-active attitude to problem solving, personal sense of ownership and responsibility, collaborative team-playerAbility to multitask across many parallel short-term and long-term projects, in a fast moving and high pressure environmentStrong project management experience with excellent stakeholder/client relationship management skillsPREFFERED QUALIFICATIONSCommerce degree from tier-1 or 2 institutes with exposure in Finance.Expereince in developing data-driven front end models.Self-motivated team player, ownership, accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent, positive mind setGood PC skills MS Office ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS: ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
