Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standardsRespond to patient billing, financial, and insurance inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departmentsAssist with various office duties including greeting and checking patients in, preparing patient charts, and collecting paymentsBalance nightly deposits and complete credit card processingHow You’ll Succeed Ready to be part of a patient-centric team2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independentlyKnowledge of Microsoft Office business applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalentSalary: $16
