Office Manager

Job Summary
:
Arrowroot Capital seeks a full-time Office Manager for our growing office.

The position will directly assist the CFO and Partners to perform managerial, accounting, general personnel and administrative tasks across business functions and operations.

This is a unique opportunity where upon demonstrated results, the position’s responsibilities will grow with the needs of the business.
Responsibilities & Duties
:
Accounts payable & billing Assist with general HR duties Oversee support from outsourced IT service provider Office management including vendor coordination, office supplies, shipping/receiving Expense reporting for office purchases Various office projects, scheduling, and coordination as assigned Executive Assistance
– i.e., calendar/inbox management, meeting preparation, research, events
Qualifications
:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self‐starting team player who is organized, detail oriented, comfortable with “managing up” and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize Strong attention to detail Technically savvy, and proven ability to pick up new systems and tools quickly Experience with Google suite and MS Office (Word, Excel both required) Customer orientation Excellent oral and written communication Experience working in a front desk or office admin capacity
